Policies


Reservations:

Please make all reservations 24 hours prior to the desired pick-up time. We will try to accommodate all reservations made, but cannot guarantee those made less than 24 hours in advance. You will receive an email or call to confirm your reservation and a 15-minute window during which you will be picked up.


When Getting Picked Up At The Airport:

Please note that if you are getting picked up from the airport, due to airport security regulations the vans cannot wait for you at the terminal where you will exit. The vans are waiting in a holding lot outside of the terminals, so you will need to follow these simple steps once your flight lands:

1. Once you have your luggage, call the dispatcher at our toll free number.
2. The dispatcher will then instruct you on the specific place inside of the airport where the van will pick you up.
3. Different airports have different arrangements, so please make sure you contact our dispatcher at 1-888-Lotus40 for the specific instructions and to avoid any confusion.
Harbors:

- Due to the high volume of customers between the hours of 9am to 12pm on weekends, we may be forced to occasionally combine parties.
- During the same high volume hours of 9am-12pm on weekends, we will try our best to have a van with you within 5 minutes, but be aware that wait times of up to 20 minutes may occur


Luggage Policy:

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Extra fees may apply if:
- You have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on
- Your luggage exceeds 50 pounds
- You will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs
 
 
Safety:

Lotus Transportation Group supports the strongest standards for safety by recommending that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. We can provide child seats upon request.

 
Cancellation Policy:

We understand that your travel plans may change, which is why we have a very simple cancellation policy: give us 24 hours notice prior to your pickup time via our 888 number and we will give you a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot give any refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-s
how. In the event of a no show, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of the fare.
